I am not a pro and all I have are experiences that helped me with healing other. It is not a miracle because everyone can learn this if they have control over their own energy and the patience to take the steps one at the time. Share, learn, and grow.

Different types of Herbs and Brewing Tea

There is a huge data base of herbs and mine is only a small amount. If you have any that you know tell me please so i can continue apply more and more.

Websites that are helpful for brewing tea:

Also you might be allergic to certain types of herbs so be warned that what ever you intake is at your own risk. With out proper medical check up and knowing more about the herbs you could seriously do some serious damage to your own health.

Brewing Tea:

Some helpful facts. First off never boil the water, the reason is that it will lose its effect. So use warm water and hot water just not boiling hot. Also use natural honey to sweeten the water, because man-made sugar will drown out the effects of the herb.

Things you need to worry about herbs:

1. they need to be fresh. Don't use dead leaves, plants, and woods , use the fresh green/leaves and healthy trees. Its a no duh factor but to reinforce that something can make you seriously sick.

2. Make sure to clean it in cold water.

3. Different species of the same plant will look the same, do the same property, but taste different. For example: All willows do about the same thing, but different species of the plant taste different. White willow or aka "sacred white willow" taste like peaches while black willow almost taste like white willow. American red willow it has the same effect but it taste horrible.

This website has a huge database of different herbs that are useful for cooking and healing.
