The question comes down to is there a guardian protecting you?
It comes down to your belief if there is one or not that is watching over your well being everyday of your life?
If you think you have one look for small signs:
They are concealed as random lucks, messages that hits you in the heart, others that rescues you from danger, etc. So many people sighted that they saw angels that came from heaven and saved their live from accidents and many more.
For the nonbelievers: They mostly thinks its all in the head, and its not real and it is your mind that thinks up all of these crazy ideas. Or they just don't think its possible, etc.
for the believers: They think it can happen and miracles are hard to explain and someone or something is guiding them towards where they should go and do.
For the believers it really does not matter if they are right or you are wrong or the opposite way, what matters is what you believe and you stick with it. As you stick with your belief, find clues, answers, or even miracles that can help increase your belief that these being are real.
So now lets push it even a little further: What about animal guardians to fantastical guardians?
If they are guardians in human form, why not guardians in animal or fantasy?
What i meant by fantasy, is dragons, phoenix, harpies, etc...

Energy Shielding
Okay here is something you should try.
Shielding.
There are so many ways to shield. Which ever way you tackle the situation at that moment is best for you.
First one: Mental blocks
Think of a wall surrounding your mind. Even a brick wall is fine. Be creative what ever fits you the best is the best solution to your own benefits.
What this does is help create a mental shield from people who are telepathic. Its not easy, because the image you think only last as long as you want it and tend to forget about it. You got to constantly keep it up. One slip up means one passage way to get in.
Second one: Aura shielding.
Interesting things about aura's is that there is an automatic shield already in place. It is not strong to ward off entities/emotions/feelings that easily when it overpowers your own aura. So what you got to do is strengthen the shield, for a better impact of foreign energy. Even if your aura shield got overpowered, you still can lessen the blow before the crash becomes dangerous to the body.
What you also want to do is straighten your mind to fight your fears and worries.
1. Think of a white light egg surrounding around you from the toe to the head or the opposite.
2. Next imagine all dark energy repelling from your shield.
3. Constantly imagine the shield in place as often as you can. Later on it becomes second nature that you won't even notice doing it.
Third one: Stones
Okay this might sounds strange, but gemstones and stones have their own energy. It is made from the earth and it goes back to the earth when it finally breaks down. The energy is only stored in the stone and it either attracts or repel energy.
You can use specific stones that rings well to you to create a shield using your energy and the stone energy.
Best stones for such task is Selenite, Saphire, Quartz, Amethyst and many more.
To me Selenite works the best with me, what it does is have a direct connection to angels/higher beings(if you believe them or not its up to you.)
Now here is the catch because Selenite is easy to use, the best energy to use it is light energy or positive energy. It has a knack for repelling dark energy and negative energy. Because its vibration frequency is really high, when dark energy is shot at it, it doubles the speed and shoots it back double the power.
